The
terminal in
Detroit Metro
Airport is
a mile long.
In addition
to moving
sidewalks
there is an
elevated tram
that stops
at each end
of the terminal,
and here at
the center.

| Wednesday
morning, the
rain stops for
at least a moment,
and i take this
picture out
the window of
Paris' apartment.
At the bottom
of the hill
is the bay.
On a clear day,
according to
Paris, we would
see mountains
across the bay. |

| The
Alamo is loaded
with character
- of its own,
and the characters
within. Each
unit consists
of a small room
with a Murphy
bed, a tiny
kitchen and
a tinier bathroom.
Big windows,
steam heat,
a great view.
Paris says it's
seedy ... I'll
go along with
that. |
